Hi, I’m Paulina Baginska, a licensed personal trainer and Boot camp instructor, based in Berlin. During the last three years, I became more mindful of my body and realized my true power was hidden. It all started with an eight-week fitness program at one of Berlin’s local gyms – from then on, I decided to further develop my fitness and nutrition knowledge and began exploring sport from the other side. This process continually improves my mental strength too and helps me overcome everyday stress at my regular management position easier than ever before. I believe we can compare our sports journey to obstacle racing – until we try and push ourselves to the limits, we don’t know where they are and how much our future can be transformed by overcoming them.
Sport is my mantra and meditation. While working every day on improving my strength and mobility, I’m working on my better self. As I was struggling with hypothyroidism, I started looking for ways to improve my health and well-being through good food and sports habits. Now I’m here to share what I’ve learned and help you on your own new journey. I specialize in cross-training, using elements of functional training, body weight exercises, and free weights lifting. For more than a year, I’ve been running outdoor boot camp classes with different groups for each fitness level. Recently, I was involved in obstacle races such as “Runamgeddon” and “Tough Mudder” or "Spartan Race" and most of my free time was focused on preparation for such runs with plyometric and strength training. Recently I am just hooked with Handstand and Calisthenics but also with Sprint Triathlon distance.
