30 minutes quick Thai Bolognese favourite recipe

Family or friends are coming and you don't know what to do. I have for you remedy - read below.

140 g gluten-free pasta

2 eggs

1/2 zucchhini

2 carrots

160 g ground beef

1/2 lime

20 g ginger

1 shallots

40 g cashwes

40 g tomato paste

2 cloves of garlic

4 tsp of soya sauce

2 tsp of brown sugar

2 tsp of sesame oil





  1. While cooking spaghetti, please wash vegetables(Zucchini and Carrots)and cut them into long strips with a peeler.

  2. Peel and cut shallots, garlic and ginger.

  3. Squeeze out juice from lime.

  4. Heat sesame oil on the pan and combine with ground meat

  5. Add shallots, garlic, ginger and fry for another min.

  6. Add tomato paste together with brown sugar.

  7. Add Soya sauce and lime.

  8. Add cashews and fry them for 3-4 min.

  9. Move meat to the side, crack and open the egg and scramble. Mix everything together

  10. Add vegetables, noodles and salt with pepper.

  11. Mix together with Spaghetti and Voila!
