Hello everyone and welcome back to my channel "Paulina Bagińska". In today's video, I'll be showing you guys how to do Low Impact FULL BODY HIIT Workout (No Jumping). This will be a Home Home. Hope this will help you guys to learn how to do Low Impact FULL BODY HIIT Workout at home.

Workout Breakdown: Be sure to warm up 5 -10 min before getting started and perform a cool down at the end. 1 circuit x 7 exercises each 40s work + 20s rest Repeat circuit 2-3 times with 1 min break in between.

Equipment Needed: Mini-Band(optional) + exercise mat or another soft surface and a chair.
